Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days before being handed over to our courier partners.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Need to make a change?

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be packed or dispatched, and we may be unable to make changes.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to update it before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
